This is a great product for my fine flyaway hair. Previously my hair would be full of static when blow drying and really difficult to handle. Since using the thickening hair tonic my hair has looked and felt thicker has no been hard to handle and keeps its style. Extremely impressed and will be reordering.

Purchased this along side the volumising shampoo and conditioner as my hair as been a nightmare lately. So pleased with my purchase. This product has really improved the appearance of my hair and helped maintain the style. I love the smell of Aveda products They smell healthy. Will be repurchasing.

Works well
Works well as a thickener, I've been using about 5 years now and I'm pleased with its results. Use sparingly on roots and gently in before drying. I find it doesn't work with air drying so only use if blow drying. About my hair: I've always had thin, lank hair but following illness almost 10 years ago I suffered hair thinning that has not grown back, it destroyed my confidence to the point of losing my job and my barely leaving the house. Now I'm peri-menopausal so the general thickness of my hair has changed too. Â so I do not recommend hair products without thoroughly believing in their efficacy. I use Giovanni Route 66 Volumising Shampoo, Aveda Thickening Tonic, Â Aveda Shampowder Dry Shampoo and Moroccanoil hairspray.
