I have been using this as a slugging method overnight if my skin is feeling damaged or I am having a breakout. It's obviously an extremely white cast, so if wearing overnight I tend to use sparingly and rub well in. If I have a bad spot, I'll dot a thicker layer on it for a couple of hours.
