Ensure the hair is 80% dry and combed through to remove any tangles. Divide the hair into sections.
To turn the appliance on, slide the switch to the heat setting suitable for the hair type. Place the brush underneath the hair section close to the scalp and hold for a few seconds to boost volume at the roots.
Use the brush to lift the hair at the roots as you dry. Move the appliance down through the hair and start to rotate the brush away from your head by pressing and holding the appropriate rotation button. As you do this, resist the rotation of the brush by pulling the brush downwards. This will create tension through the section of hair.
IMPORTANT! It may take several attempts to perfect this technique, if the brush spins too quickly, simply release the rotation button and remove from the hair.
As you reach the ends of the hair section, continue rotating the brush to roll the ends under.
For even more volume, place the brush at the end of the hair section and allow the brush to rotate along the hair section by pressing and holding the appropriate rotate button. Wind the entire section of hair around the barrel until you reach the root. Release the rotate button and then hold the brush in the hair for a few seconds. Repeat as necessary.
After use, switch off and unplug the appliance. Allow to cool before storing away. Place protective shield over brush head to protect the bristles.

I really didn’t like this product. I didn’t think that the rotational aspect of it worked very well. Very overpriced for what it is.

Love it
This order has been a gift for my mum. I also own exactly the same brush model and is a life saver. My hair is finally staying in place with a lovely finish. I can style my hair in so many different ways. I use this brush every time I wash my hair and it does not damage the hair. My mum also loves it.

Not as good as the older black version
This product is not as good as the older black version. I have used Babyliss Big Hair for years and always bought the black one. This time I thought I would have a change only to find that this version does not get as hot as the black one so therefore doesn’t style your hair as well and also your hair gets caught in the top of the brush. If you’re going to buy Big Hair I would get the black one

Happy with my purchase
Once you have got the hang of using this it is brilliant gives so much volume and leaves your hair feeling lovely and with so much bounce, very handy if you are in a rush and need to just give your hair that just styled feeling!

Not as expected
Really disappointed by this purchase. I have long thick hair and this tool did not achieve good results at all for my hair. Similar to many reviews on other sites the barrel spins too quickly, and the hot air itself is not at all strong. Can get considerably better results with a normal hairdryer and a barrel brush. Using smaller segments as some have suggested would mean spending hours styling my hair with this. Some reviews also suggested that it takes time to perfect technique, however this just means the time frame to return the product finishes.

Babyliss big hair hot air styler
The only thing I could think not to improve the babyliss hot air styler but to make it have multiple attachments. I know there's products out there like that already but babyliss can out suceed all the rest. Like maybe have a small & larger straighter tip, crimper, wand, and since it already blows hot air u could do a blow dryer. All in one too! Saves space, no tangled cords, have any hair style with 1 hair tool!

Excellent
I’m really happy with my brush. Use it slowly and in small sections and it’s perfect. Don’t go in all guns blazing or it will catch your hair but it’s not the brush it’s how you use it. A great price from Look Fantastic.
