Really good eyeliner goes on really dark first time so only one layer needed. It does tend to run into the corner of your eye however if you put a lot on.

Once you use this eyeliner you will never use another, I can guarantee it! It goes on so smoothly you get a perfect line each and everytime and it stays on until YOU take it off.
