Most gentle toner I have ever used

This is probably the most gentle yet effective toner I have used. I have used others for sensitive skin but they still sting my skin a little bit. However, this one doesn’t at all! Very gentle and also calming on my skin, not caused any breakouts so far. The slight smell is from the ginseng but it is not strong at all, you can only smell it as you apply it /swipe over your face using a cotton wool pad. So far I am really loving this toner.
