The wand didn’t work

Sadly the kit wouldn’t work. It was super beautiful and would make an excellent gift. I think perhaps I received a bad one.

Good product, curls last if you use product, the only issue is with the design I find it’s very easy to burn yourself using these I’ve done it several times. Will upgrade to another brand in a few months.

Doesn’t hold curls on natural, straight hair

I have very long, naturally straight hair and unfortunately, the curls don’t hold. I’ve tried a number of different things to get the curls to hold but they just fall out after 10-20 minutes. I’ve tried on freshly clean hair, day 2 hair, with hairspray, using volumising shampoo and conditioner. I’ve also followed the pinning instructions. Quite disappointing really as I can curl my hair with straighteners quite easily and they hold all day.
