These are brilliant. A repeat purchase for me. If you’re feeling sinus pressure or a general headache, pop these on, they keep slightly warm for a while and you can sleep with them on too!

I use these every night and also the male version (which ever ones I can buy cheaper)  They are expensive but as I suffer with insomnia I do think they are helpful and trying to drift off to sleep with the soothing heat.  Just wish the price was lower.
