I don't bleach my hair without this anymore! Stops the damage. Lubricated the hair. Handy little perforated double sachet. You mix the first one (oil) into your bleach mix, then use the second one as a treatment after rinsing out bleach but before your first purple shampoo wash. Get the maintenance mask too. Thankh me later lol x
