One of the best
5I fancied a change of hair colour so decided to go back blonde. I had dark brown hair dye on my hair but stripped it last week, used conditioner products for a week so hair wasn't dry. This bleach is one of the best ones I've ever used. My hair is in amazing condition and is so shiny and healthy looking. I have shoulder length hair and got 2 boxes. I only used one today as I didn't want to bleach twice in a day so will use other one tomorrow before using a toner. The downside is there is no brush or bowl included, so bare that in mind that you will need to purchase this extra before using the bleach. Also the gloves aren't very good so I also bought wella gloves. All in all I'm very impressed and will buy again. Please remember though everyone is different, do a skin test first and are sure your hair can cope with bleach as this is 30% volume so quite strong.

AWFUL
1This is the worse dye ever, I have never bleached my hair before or dyed it and I thought i’d try it, this dye absolutely ruined my hair, I have curly hair and my curls have been ruined, my sister has the same hair as me and bleached it before with different dyes and it hasn’t damaged her hair, but this has damaged everything about my hair, my curls looks straight, disgraceful, I have had a lot of hair loss since (bare in mind my hair is very healthy), I’m disgusted that this is even allowed to be sold. I’m extremely disappointed, this product doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

5I have used just about every home bleaching product and i found this to be one of the best. ( even with my hair being left 12weeks between dying it)

My hair fell out.
1I have never wrote a review in my life, I'm not one to complain but this has been such a bad experience, at such a bad time. For the past 6/7 years I have bleached my hair with a different/cheaper brands, and never had any issues other than dryness. I went brown last September and a few weeks ago decided I want to be Blonde again, as you do. I wanted to purchase a better bleach, so I purchased this product after reading the reviews, I used this product correctly and for the correct amount of time, as I washed this product out, I noticed clumps of my hair was falling out. Mortified. I washed and washed and it wouldn't stop falling out. I gently towel dried my hair and went to brush, and my hair was just falling out, literally clumps in my hair brush. I have now lost 4inches of hair, it has snapped my hair right up to ear length. Maybe my hair didn't agree with the product but my experience personally has been very sad and long :(

I love this
5it's a must have for anyone with naturally dark hair. My roots are dark brown and this bleach makes them a lovely clean blonde with no yellow i highly recommended this

Doesn’t damaged my hair
5My hair been so damaged from bleach over years I dyed my hair brown but after 2 months healing I wanted to go back blond. I didn’t leave it on for long maybe 20-30 min and it looked great no damage or braking after I just used the white toner from Bleach London again and helped me with the orange parts. Also wanted to say I wasn’t so orange that I excepted. I recommend it. The mask comes with that is amazing it healed my hair over 2 months I had it in the big bottle. If you’re bleached blonde go for they hair mask too it will help you so much.

Brilliant product
5This product is fantastic. My original hair was black and I bleached it twice over a two weeks period. I applied on my greasy hair. No burning sensation. Smell was bearable but the end result was fantastic. Highly recommended it...

5This dye was great for achieving the blonde that i wanted, i have lovely healthy platinum blonde hair using this dye and i couldnt be happier
