Great coverage, natural looking and long lasting

I must admit that the first time I applied this foundation using the full coverage brush I did not like it because I ended up using too much product (4 pumps), since the foundation seemed to get lost inside the bristles and it looked cakey. Second time around I applied 1 pump per half face with my fingers, working in small sections because it tends to set quickly. I achieved a medium to full coverage which looked natural and lasted all day with only one touch up after about 6 hours (oil blotting and powder on my nose). As a base for the foundation I use either Estee Lauder Nutritious lotion or Bobbi Brown Vitamin enriched face base and it works well with both.

Doesn't work for me

This foundation is so raved about these days and all those beauty bloggers whose opinion I usually trust makeup-wise love it, so I just couldn't pass by. I have normal-combination skin with visible pores and I do get a shiny T-zone throughout the day, so my skin seems to be exactly the type this foundation is meant for. I so hoped it would be comparable to EL Double Wear Light that works so well for me, but BB doesn't seem to work for me at all. In my opinion, brush application is not an option with it, goes on better with a sponge, but still tricky and I find that I need to additionally pat on with my fingers to keep it in place, otherwise it just moves around with a sponge (I consider myself pretty advanced in makeup application, but this foundation is the hardest to work with that I've ever tried on myself). It feels tacky, doesn't quite set completely, with or without a setting powder! I just don't like my skin at all with this foundation on, it accentuates my pores in a bad way, especially once the skin oils start coming through.. it may be great for some, but is a total fail for me, sadly.

Long lasting natural looking foundation

After reading a lot of positive reviews about this foundation I decided to try it and I can admit it’s a nice every day foundation but not exactly what I was looking for. It has a nice creamy consistency, reminds me more of a BB Cream ( which I’m not really into that much) than foundation. Light to medium coverage with a natural finish ( not Matt if that’s what you r looking for) and it does last a long time so that’s a plus. I’d recommend it for someone with a dry or normal skin type

I prefer a natural finish foundation that is long wearing and this fits the bill perfectly! A light formulation but doesn't feel 'heavy' on my skin - and easy to build up for evening when I prefer to wear a fuller coverage.

Good foundation!

I finally found a liquid foundation that doesn't feel "cakey" on my skin and doesn't hide my freckles under a thick layer. This one offers the perfect level of coverage but feels very light and is easy to blend out. I use it as a foundation but also sometimes as a concealer.

If you're not a fan of feeling like you're wearing a lot of make-up this foundation is for you! It has great coverage without feeling too thick and lasted all day. Big fan of this!

I love this foundation, the shade was a great match and the best thing was that it stayed on all day, which is rare in foundations especially as I have oily prone skin and normally my foundation is slides off my skin half way through the day! It felt so light on my skin and not cakey at all which was a major plus, and the best thing was that you can wear it both day and night, I would just usea couple more pumps in the evening to get the most coverage. Will definitely be purchasing this again!

Having previously used a lot of different foundations I struggle with finding something that suits my combination skin. This foundation had the perfect mix of moisture for dry areas and a lightweight finish that did not give me an excessive shine - would definitely recommend!

Love the amount of shades of this foundation - Warm Sand was the perfect match! Lasted all day with minimal touch ups needed - gorgeous high coverage with a satin finish. Would recommend for any skin type
