Best face base/primer

I use this as an all in one moisturiser and primer before foundation. I have oily skin so this is enough for me on its own. A little goes a long way and it sinks into the skin quickly. It has a very pleasant smell, a bit like grapefruit. Not surprised it’s a cult favourite.

Classic for a reason, it's a thick cream that is not greasy and can be used as a primer under makeup for a really smooth base. Lightly citrus -scented and such a melting texture make it a really good first step before applying makeup or even on no-makeup days. Pricey but worth it, especially if you can snag it on offer.

I don’t know what magic is in there but it leaves your skin feeling unbelievably moisturised (but not sticky) and the PERFECT  base for makeup application, this and a bit of tinted of moisturiser or foundation and hello dewy no makeup makeup look, try it you won’t regret it!
