Leave it in the fridge so it gets cold and use to sooth tired and sore eyes. The only issue I found with this is the plastic is quite rigid so you have to find a comfortable spot

Bought for migraines
I bought this for when I have the onset/beginning of a migraine and it is nice. You can make it as tight or as loose as you’d like. I’m not sure how long it will last, not sure about the quality however it is comfortable and I would buy it again. It doesn’t stay cold for long.

Love it!
There is nothing better than coming home after a long day of work and putting this mask on. I use it cold, after it’s been left in the fridge for a couple of hours; will definitely try the warm method as well.
