What is your Returns Policy?
Our returns policy is simple! You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to start a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in pristine condition—unopened, unused, and with seals intact.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team through your account. Ensure you provide photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
