My scalp health is really important since I have very thin/fine south asian hair and i also cover my hair. This really exfoliates the dead skin and my scalp always feels refreshed. I notice my hair wont turn greasy for a while after use which is good news for someone like me. I use this once every two weeks to not strip my hair of its oils too much.

Absolutely love this product! I usually have to wash my hair every 2 days due to it going greasy too quick especially at the sides. This product not only exfoliates my dry scalp but helps keep my greasiness at bay so i can get an extra day or 2 before washing again. Highly recommend!
