Not the same product!!

I’ve used the 72 hr moisture surge for over 6 months with no issues - in fact it’s an amazing moisturiser for sensitive combination skin. But the new 100hr formula is awful!! My skin has completely flared up within a day of using it and I’m left looking  red, inflamed and blotchy 😣 Why do companies change formulas on beautiful products which work well!! Have asked for a refund as just unusable and will now have to spend weeks getting my skin to settle down. Disappointing Clinique!!

This is a light gel that disappears as soon as it’s applied. My skin doesn’t really feel moisturised, maybe a little smoother but I’m not very impressed.
