Faulty pump

I’ve been using Clinique since I was a teenager and until the last year or two I’ve been really happy with their products. But lately I’m finding the quality is not as good. From having a reaction to take the day off. They said that they change their formulas so they can’t advise on an ingredient that may have caused this. The first bottle of this I had was amazing but I’m not finding that with this one. Also my pump has broken after a few weeks use.
