Fantastic cleanser
5I am never without this product! Easy to use , removes all makeup and leaves the skin feeling super smooth and very comfortable. Just massage on the skin and rinse. I do a final sweep with a warm muslin cloth. I use a toner afterwards and the cotton wool pad has no trace of residue makeup at all . Excellent value too ! A little goes a long way . I’ve used cleansers from the top brands , costing much more - this beats all of them!

Cant live without it
5I use it now for about 3 years, and I can't live without it. I wear heacy eye makeup on daily base and nothing works like this balm.

Absolutely love love love!
5I was slightly weary of using this balm as I’ve been using Body Shop’s version for a number of years. For that reason I wanted to try something new and I wasn’t disappointed. The balm for what it is, is non greasy and certainly gets into every crevice to remove makeup after a days worth of wear. It’s non scented so if that’s what your looking for I would certainly recommend this product!

One of the best cleansing balms
5I love this balm. It’s my go to. Fragrance free, doesn’t leave any film and it agrees with my skin. Besides that, it takes my makeup super well. Super recommend

Amazing!
5This product is fab! Have swapped from make up wipes to this and it’s so much easier and better for my skin! Really easy to use and lasts ages! Will definitely purchase again!

Loved it, but.............
4I bought this cleanser as I’d had really bad breakouts for a few months and tried most cleansers on the market. I’ve been using it almost everyday for 3 weeks and my skin is so much clearer and removes all makeup really easily. My only but is, every morning after using this the night before my eyes are either stuck together when I wake up or cloggy. Not from the previous days eye makeup but from the product itself. I rinse it really well with warm water and then use a cloth with warm water to remove any excess product left behind. It’d be interesting to know if anyone else has this problem

The best!
5Not usually a fan of Clinique products if I’m honest, but this is amazing and a product I buy again and again. Used as a first step cleanser it removes all traces of make up and the skin feels lovely. I’ve tried similar oil based first step cleansers and they don’t work. Highly recommend!

Definitely not for all skin types
1This product is absolutely amazing, however this is definitely not suitable for all skin types. I have sensitive skin and after two days of using this, my face had broken out. Please be careful if you have sensitive skin!

My ride or die
5This is the best make up remover for a two step routine. I’ve tried a few others, but the fact this is rinse off rather than a wipe off makes it super convenient. It doesnt dry out my skin like a lot of other oil based cleansers, and it removes every last trace of make up. I like that it’s colour and fragrance free so that it doesn’t irritate my skin either.

Great product
5Very effective as a first step to thoroughly take off makeup and sunscreen .I go in with a forming cleanser afterwards as I have acne prone skin and wouldn’t want to risk breaking out. I used to use oils in place of it before, and they always broke me out even with a second cleanse.This hasn’t broken me out.
