- Application: Apply to dry hair. Load up small end of brush with powder. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out – do not use sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. To extend highlights, use side edge of small brush. Lightly dust off any excess powder with wide end of brush.

The best root cover up
Unlike some others, this doesn’t leave the hair feeling any different. No clogging, but it covers grey well and also makes thinning hair appear thicker. It doesn’t transfer to your hand if you touch it and is just the perfect product for between hair colours when the greys make an appearance. Yes to some it’s expensive, but it lasts for ages. I love it

Love this Color Wow Root Cover. It is easy to use, covers the grey hair well and doesn’t leave hair feeling crispy as some products do.

Overpriced, underperforms and cheap packaging
Thought it would be a good alternative to a spray but the colour pay off is no where near on par, the packaging is so cheap (think cheap make up sets with the product and brush sat in a cheap removable plastic insert. A big purchase regret when you can get better product for a 3rd of the price. Honestly feel a bit scammed by this and I love all of the other colorwow products I have tried. I honestly don’t see how it’s different to a brown eyeshadow in a pan?

Great to hide greys
This is the second time I’ve bought this it’s great for hiding grey hair between hair appointments, I have blonde highlights with a dark root so I buy the medium brown to blend and get longer between getting my colour done

Not worth the Price Tag!!
I was super excited to try this as a solution to my in between salon appointments. I have a dark brown/blonde balayage so I purchased dark brown. Colour match is good. Application is terrible, sticks to your scalp, changes the look for an hour tops! When you brush the powder goes everywhere and transfers to hands, face etc. I look like I have been down the mines! Grey coverage no, it dulls it, hence heavy application. I love colour wow products but this is a definite no. Scalp is now dry and itchy. I couldn’t wait to wash it out.

Expensive but worth it
This product is very good. The colour is accurate and the brush allows precise application. It isn’t cheap but the coverage is good and I would buy it again.
