These perform very well and are affordable. Are they shaped like stars? No. But they’re less visible on my pale skin and most importantly, I can actually notice the difference. Stock up on these whenever they’re on sale. No need for the gimmicks with this product. It just does what it claims to do.

I buy this on repeat, I think they work so well. I've tried other similar products but always return to this. The moment I feel a spot starting, I put one of these on. It seems to nip spots in the bud and they clear up so much quicker. They're also really thin, so I don't notice that I have one on. They're way less noticeable on the skin than others I've tried

I've bought this product on repeat, and so it deserves the full 5 stars as it's not often I stick to the same product - so it must be good. I have been tempted by other patches which I have found to be not as good. These are really thin so you forget you're even wearing them and they stay put once applied. I find that applying one when a spot starts appearing really nips them in the bud and spots clear up much quicker.
