You can use this toner to wipe away residue after cleansing and when you pat onto your skin. In addition, if your skin feels extra dry and heated, you can soak the cotton pads with this toner and use it as a toner sheet mask. Also, it can be used as a mist during the day when your skin feels dry. Lastly, you can wash your face with the toner when your skin stimulated with dryness. Just mix this toner and water by the ratio of 8:2, and rinse your face at the last of cleansing routine. Don’t wipe your face with a towel just tap gently your skin until the product is absorbed. I have bought this product many times. It seems like nothing special at first but I’ve yet to find a product that soothes my skin as well as this one. It looks and smells just like water but if my skin is feeling red or irritated I always reach for this. It’s also great to use before any other skin care products, I find they settle better into the skin when I use this first.

Impressive
I haven’t given this 5 stars as I haven’t been using this for very long, however so far I am impressed. It does leave my skin feeling softer and more hydrated. It seems to be making a difference.
