This face wash has a clinical smell to it but it definitely leaves your skin feeling fresh. I have large open pores that always fill up. Once I wash my face it really does clear them out without having to use a scrub. I tend to avoid scrubbing as my face is already red. So this wash is gentle but does the job. No need for second wash as it really lathers up with such a small amount, it goes along way which is great for value for money x
