Ideal for curls and waves, the Curlsmith Hold Me Softly Balm is great for embracing your natural hair texture. Caring for your hair as nature intended, this vegan cream is fuelled by certified organic ingredients including andiroba, an ingredient unique to Curlsmith, handpicked to ensure the utmost quality.
Thanks to its lightweight consistency, the balm does not form a cast around the hair, letting the hair stay soft and bouncy throughout the drying process. Infused with apricot kernel, the formula helps to soften brittle strands, whilst replenishing moisture levels to lock in long-lasting hydration. Simultaneously, basil, rosemary and aloe vera extracts work in harmony to comfort the scalp, while avocado and olive oil promote a visibly smooth appearance.

Application:Apply on wet hair or after priming with the Reactivator. Use around a dime-size of product per hair section. Rake through all the hair lengths and then smooth using the “prayer hands” method and scrunch. Wrap single curls around your finger to re-shape. Air dry or diffuse as normal.

Doesn’t feel very moisturising
Smells lush but can leave my hair frizzy and greasy-looking after wash day, will be looking for alternatives

At last, no crunch curls!
I have fine curly hair that’s quite porous. Most curl styling products form a shell that you need to crunch once your hair is dry. This causes my hair to frizz. Curlsmith’s Hold Me Softly Style Balm gives my hair a really nice soft curl that lasts without the crunch. It took me a long time to find a product like this but I’m so glad I did! Would recommend.

Love it!
After years of trying different brands and products, I have finally settled on Curlsmith as the best brand for my hair. This curl cream is my all time favourite. I don't need to use too much and it leaves my curls soft and defined. Smells nice, has a good texture, and distributes well. I also like to use a little bit mixed in with some water on my dry hair if the curls need redefining or I don't fancy washing it.

Amazing!
I have tried so many different brands of 'curly girl approved' products and all I wanted was soft defined curls with no crunchy looking gel cast. I tried out Curlsmith about 3 months ago and I am in love! I use this product on my wet hair; running it through my hair and the squishing the curls upwards. I follow with the Curlsmith mousse and I always get soft ringlet curls that are shiny and silky soft. I find I can refresh the curls easily just with a little water and a bit of scrunching. I spent all day in the drizzle the other day and when my curls dried it was with hardly any frizz. I love the smell too and feel that it is gentle on my hair. Love It!!
