Recommended Dosage
3I purchased the coffee super blend one week ago primarily to improve my memory and focus. The coffee has a nice flavour for instant coffee. One thing I’m disappointed about is that the combined quantity of mushrooms is only half of the recommended dose in the individual powders (the individual dose of the lions mane is only 1/5 of the recommended dose). I am skeptical how effective it will be. I will finish the bag but I think I will try the lions mane powder and add it to my freshly brewed coffee in future.

So smooth yum!
5I’m a big fan of mushroom coffee, I Usually buy London notrophics mushroom coffee in sachets but this is a bargain at 60 cups as opposed to the prices of the individual sachets I was buying with notropics. Not to mention all the waste they have with packaging and boxes and cards for such small sachets. I’ll buy this again for sure. Lovely smooth taste and well it’s good for you too 😋
