The pencil finishes range from matte to glitter, lending themselves to plenty of visionary creations. Blend, smudge and define to your heart’s content, thanks to this ultra-soft eyeliner and built-in smudger.
Using the thin end of the applicator, gently stretch the pencil outwards for a defined look. Or use the flat side to smudge and blend, eliminating any gaps between lashes.
Upper Lid: Apply the liner from the outside of the eye and work inwards. This allows for a thicker line on the outer third and allows for better control. Work in short strokes taking care to work into the lashline.
