Exceeded expectations
Truth be told, I had never heard of this brand prior to trying it out and ordering two shades earlier this year. The colours are pronounced, feel great on the lips and stay on for ages. I usually do MAC for lipsticks and while I still remain a big fan, I will definitely be checking out more of Doucce in the lips make-up department.

Great matte lip
I normally struggle with matte lip formulas but this is the most comfortable I have found. It feels like nothing on the lips at all but stays put for ages. Even though it is matte it really gives my lips life and makes them look full - love!

I'm not a big fan of liquid lipsticks, I find that my lips just dont agree with any formula - my lips often dry out easily, are wrinkled which is often enhanced by the liquid formula and some liquid lipsticks crack. Bullet mattes however can often also be drying and drag and tug at the lip. However, I promise you this formula is a perfect matte lipstick! And I'm very picky and particular about my lipsticks. Its smooth, creamy and glides on the lips, especially my dry and wrinkly lips and it doesn't enhance the lines whatsoever! My lips look smooth and the colour pigmentation is strong and smooth - not streaky. Its comfortable to wear and long lasting. Ofcourse it won't be as long lasting as a heavy duty liquid lipstick however, it wears beautifully and doesn't wear away in patches. It leaves a stain and is easy to reapply if you wanted to. I've found my perfect formula and would love to try the other colours! Definitely recommend!
