Highly underrated
This is a lovely formulation that provides varying degrees of pigmentation depending on the colour chosen. It is hydrating but not sticky and the colours are lovely. It does transfer but its quite minimal and even then it's mainly the shiny/glossy bit that goes. I will definately be purchasing more!
