Has shimmery particles

Have been using this for the past 1 week. I find it hydrating upon application but it doesn't really do anything else. It's a lovely thick texture that takes a bit longer to sink in compared to the ANR serum, but that's not a negative for me as I do have very dry skin and this feels more moisturising. But other than that, I don't see any other improvements to my skin. Granted I've only been using this for a week. It's gentle despite having some AHAs in it and does not cause any redness. It also has some shimmery particles in it, most likely Mica. I don't think it's necessary for it to be added to a serum and would prefer it without. It doesn't make my face light up like a disco ball, but still, i would prefer my serum to contain only the necessary ingredients to make it work.
