Make sure both your skin and the BEAR™ device are clean and dry. Then, apply the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum (not included) evenly across all areas of the face / neck you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the skin.
Press the universal button to turn your BEAR™ device on. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level. Access guided treatment videos and more settings via the FOREO app. To visibly tone and lift: Lightly press both metallic spheres to your skin, and slowly glide the device upward and outward across your cheekbones and forehead, around your mouth and over your jawline and neck, as desired.
Please Note: Microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 must be used with a conductive serum. For optimal results, use the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum 2.0 — developed specifically for use with FOREO’s microcurrent devices. Leave a thin, mask-like layer of FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum on skin, so the device can glide smoothly. If treating many areas in one session, you can apply the serum to each area before you use microcurrent on that area. Never use microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 on the midline bone of the neck, or within the orbital bone. Make sure that both microcurrent spheres are touching your skin during your treatment. Always glide the device in upward and outward motions, from the center of your face toward your hairline.

Holy grail
The bear is my holy grail when it comes to skincare. I never skip it and always take it with me. It lifts my sagging skin instantly, smooths out my wrinkles, and gives my skin a youthful appearance. I love that I don’t need botox or salon visits to achieve this fresh, firm look. I’m a big fan, especially because it contains anti-shock properties, so I don’t have to worry about any harm to my face. I highly recommend it!

I've been using it for some time, and each day I am more and more thrilled with the effects that Bear gives to my face. I look radiant and youthful thanks to this device and Serum 2.0. I have my perfect combination, and I am not changing it. The pulsations are really soothing; my face is sculpted right after the treatment. I no longer have a double chin, and my skin is much, much firmer. I use different intensities depending on my day. Sometimes I use it without the app, and it amazes me how long these batteries last. It's truly a great thing for those of us who don't like to learn about technology but still want to look nice.

This device can sculpt and it works fast! I have been using it for a month and I still get amazed every time I use it and it is usually in the morning, because it helps with mild puffiness that I deal with. It is super cool to try out different settings and massage modes - unreal

I have had the foreo bear 1 among other foreo devices for over a year now. Bear and the toothbrush are the only ones from foreo I continue to use regularly. So I decided to give bear2 a try. The initial impression is good, I don't know if the possibility to change the type of microcurrent gives anything, but it is interesting.

I love it, but especially the variety of massages - my puffiness problem got solved and my skin is firm. It is absolutely worth buying, even this regular size is travel friendly, which is super helpful to me. The best device ever and the results too

Everything I hoped for
The bear 2 is everything I hoped for when I was buying it, it definitely delivered on all its promises. It has helped me a lot so far, my previously saggy cheeks are a lot firmer now, and I genuinely see a difference. I use it daily, and have just recently gone up an intensity level. Training my muscles is an actually enjoyable experience. I'm quite glad it wasn't a waste of money.

Lovely
I love it, it's a great one! It's well made and very effective; it has done so much to improve the appearance of the lines on my forehead and lift my cheeks. The treatments are also somewhat relaxing and I can feel relief from the tension in my jaw and temples when I use it. It's definitely a great solution to my issues. I'm very pleased with it so far. Haven't had to charge it as much as I thought, so the battery life is as promised as well.

Quick results
Super pleased with this, it's really great! I can tell that this will be a staple device in my routine after only a week of regular use. It's quite effective, gives quick results and it's totally painless. My goal is to age gracefully without resorting to injectibles while still looking refreshed and toned, so I believe this is the perfect fit for me.
