I’ve been using electronic toothbrush for 10 years. All of them are very loud when working. But ISSA 3 is so quiet when working. I can hardly hear the noise. And the silicone brush head is amazing. There are only quite a few brands do silicone brush head.  It’s so gentle and it’s a whole different experience. It won’t hurt your gum and u will never bleed. If u have sensitive teeth and unhealthy gum u should try it for sure.
