I recieved an out of date bottle of these gummies, for which I was refunded,however I have used these gummies consistently in the past and will likely repurchase again, I feel calmer and sleep better although I have some crazy dreams

poor storage of the gummies
The storage site or the transportation condition was not correct. The gummies were melted and stuck together. and it smells unpleasant

Used it for a month
I now get the hype around ashwagandha. First week I had noticed my sleep quality was better, I got sleepy earlier and woke up more alert. And following couple weeks my body got used to it but I still woke up more energetic than before. The downside is that it is very sugary and all gummies are stuck to each other. To get a gummy out you have to dive in and it makes your fingers very sticky.

Good just havent used long enough to see effect
Good but need to wait till used all, only downside is they contain sugar so will maybe look for ones which are sugar free

Love this
It's my first time that I tried any Goli products and I'm really impressed. The gummies have a nice berry flavour and after about an hour of eating them I felt more relaxed. Also a little bit sleepy, so it's better to take them at night.
