Super easy to use. I prefer pre wash treatments as there’s no waiting around with wet hair for the product to take effect. Just simply massage in, get on with your routine before hair washing. The product is stimulating on the scalp and leaves no adverse effects to your hair after use, just not sure how much benefit it’s giving long term.

I have been using this product for months now, I generally use it once or twice a week just before I get in the shower and shampoo and conditioner. You leave it on for about 10 minutes and it leaves your scalp feeling cool and tingly.
