I’ve been taking these for a while now!! They taste really nice and just like a jelly sweet. My hair has grown as my friend even commented on it the other day. I will keep taking them as part of my morning routine

Healthy hair
I've been taking these vitamins for almost a year now. I do notice my hair is better quality than before however I do feel I would benefit combining they're other products with the vitamins. I only use the shampoo & the elixir spray. I'm looking into purchasing the serum to help with my hair journey.
