Healthy hair
I've been taking these vitamins for almost a year now. I do notice my hair is better quality than before however I do feel I would benefit combining they're other products with the vitamins. I only use the shampoo & the elixir spray. I'm looking into purchasing the serum to help with my hair journey.

Been taking these vitamins for almost a year now. Definitely notice a difference in the quality of my hair. I do see more of a diffence when I combine the shampoo & conditioner.
