4Very pigmented, to create a wing you can smudge straight away before it dries & then stays put, good for tight line too

5I love this eyeliner so much so i ordered another one a week later and will always have one in stock ... I use it to line my upper eyelid everyday .. there is no transfer and it last all day I love it!!!
