- Exfoliate 24 hrs before tanning. Moisturise dry areas such as hands, feet, knees, ankles and elbows prior to application.
- Mist until skin is totally saturated, covering face, leaving hands and feet until last before blending with a tanning mitt using sweeping motions. Thoroughly wash palms after use.
- Your tan will develop in 4-6 hours, so in the meantime eat some ice cream, watch a movie, call a girlfriend, just don’t get the tan wet while it develops. Easy.

I really like this...

Perfect
I love this brand, it’s not massively expensive and you get a lot for your money. I use this on my face after moisturising and one spray on a buffing brush is just enough to give you a good glow.

I struggle with tans but brought the face version last year and loved it! So easy to use so bought this one which is just as good. You can build it up to what you want.

personal staple
This product changed the game for me! Before this I used to spend a lot of time/energy fake tanning. I have fairly pale skin and this adds the perfect healthy glow and colour to my face. I spray it on my face + neck at night and I love that it doesn’t look weird that I haven’t applied tan to the rest of my body.

Right shade
I've tried a lot of self-tanners, but this one is my favorite. It's a very beautiful shade, not red, not brown, just the right shade.
