Specifically developed for unruly, curly hair, the Discipline Curl Idéal Cleansing Conditioner from Kérastase works to tame and smoothen locks for salon-style results.
Fortified with an innovative blend of Cationic and Amphoteric Surfactants to gently eliminate impurities, whilst Pro-Keratin and Hydrolysed Elastin strengthen fibre and improve manageability. Infused with Lipid Compounds, the lightweight conditioner deeply nourishes and hydrates strands from root to tip, leaving curls calm and defined with enhanced shape.
Silicone and sulphate free.
Apply 4 to 6 pumps to wet hair. Distribute evenly from the scalp to the ends. Leave on 2-3 minutes. Emulsify with a little water. Rinse thoroughly.

Forget Shampoo
My sister gave me this for Christmas. I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair and I am rubbish at styling it. I have not used shampoo at all now for about 6 weeks! Instead, I use this once a week. I pre-treat my scalp with Espa scalp clay the night before. I use this cleansing conditioner as directed, but then I follow with a hydrating conditioner too. Then I finish with some hair oil (currently using some Elemis Monoi). My thick, dry hair is now very soft and shiny and my waves are more defined. I have knocked off a star because I still feel the need to use a separate conditioner after I have cleansed my hair with this. I would say that for the first couple of weeks my scalp did not feel as cleansed, but I persevered and am glad I did.

Great cleansing conditioner
I have fine, curly hair and run almost every day so it needs washed every day. I use this product most days during the week and it is fabulous. Doesn't dry my hair and makes it soft, shiny and smells gorgeous. Once or twice a week I would use a normal shampoo and a mask. I have shoulder length hair and only use 3-4 pumps each time.

I love this product and also use their shampoo and conditioner. I have extremely fine curly hair which will become fluffy and frizzy unless it’s moisturised regularly, instead of washing my hair daily, I will use the cleansing conditioner in between washes, this helps keep my hair moisturised and the curls are more defined, and most importantly no frizz.

Is this a genuine product?
I have used Kerastase on & off for years and I am unsure if this conditioner is the genuine product. I bought this brand of shampoo and conditioner from my hairdresser & loves it so I thought I’d buy a big bottle from Look Fantastic. However, it smells completely different (like brine) & it foams like a shampoo (no quality conditioner foams this much!) this is really disappointing as I bought the big bottle. I will be requesting a refund and possibly proof that this is in fact a Kerastase product.

Great product for curly hair
I absolutely love it which is mild and leaves my hair very soft and easy to manage. I tried to use it twice in a row which is ok but need to use my regular shampoo for better cleansing on third day (i've got lots of hair so i used styling products daily). But it won't affect my opinion that it's a good product which saves me a lot of time when i use it. I highly recommend it for curly and dry/ damaged hair.

Confused
I like Kerastase’s Discipline range and thought this would be a good option in winter when I get a dry scalp. Maybe I’m not using the product correctly, but find my scalp is worse - irritated. And hair seems frizzier than when I use the normal Discipline ‘bain’ shampoo, followed by the conditioning masque. It’s a huge bottle so I will give it a few more tries, hoping things will improve. Not sure how long to leave the product on for...

I’ve got long colour processed naturally curly hair and often don’t use shampoo when I wash my hair, to avoid overdrying the ends. This product is perfect, I’ve used it every other wash with no shampoo and it gives a great result. I’ve used several other products in the range and this is my favourite at the moment. If you have lots of curls and can only brush your hair when you wash it give this a try, it conditions and cleans without harsh detergents and it’s great.

I agree with a previous comment. This product takes getting used to as there is no lather so you feel that your hair is not being washed. In saying that, the product is amazing on my curls and leaves them soft and defined.
