Light and effective
5This products is amazing for fine hair because it helps treat frizz without the heaviness of gels or creams. It also protects really well against heating tools, I do notice a big difference in the health of my hair. The smell is lovely but does not linger.

Protects and gives shine
5This is my favourite blow dry product for fine frizzy hair. It makes my hair soft and shiny with no traces of residue. When I use it regularly it really protects my fine hair from heat damage. The lovely but not overpowering smell is a great bonus.

Fantastic
5I've been using this product for a year now and won't use anything else! Leaves my hair soft, manageable and smooth. A little goes a long way, I spray about 3-5 sprays on my ends before blow-drying.

Haven’t noticed a huge difference
3Haven’t noticed a huge difference when styling my hair with this. You have to use a lot to notice a difference. It has a funny smell - probably because of the keratin

Smells Fishy
2Whilst this product works great on keeping the frizz under control, especially paired with the Discipline Shampoo + Conditioner, this product smells very horrible when first sprayed onto the hair - a strong fishy scent. The smell does go away after some time but this is a little concerning to me, as I do not wish to be smelling fish when doing my hair... The other Discipline products smell absolutely gorgeous, however, this one may be a miss from me.
