Rips your hair
I already have straight hair but wanted this to straighten and smooth further. It is a terrible product, literally feels like it’s ripping your hair out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase it. I emailed customer services afterwards and they refused to accept the return. It’s going in the bin!
