Love this more than I thought I would
This is the first metal gua sha I’ve used. Always tried stone before such as Jade or Rose Quartz. Could never really commit to sticking with using them in the past, in fear of dropping and breaking them or keeping them sanitised enough. This stainless steel one by Kitsch is easy to care for and nice and cooling on the skin. I didn’t think I’d like the feeling of cold metal on my face, but it helps depuff and feels soothing on the skin. Can see a visible difference in helping with lymphatic drainage. Need to commit to using it on a regular basis, worth making time for. I now get the hype around gua sha.

A nice addition
I haven’t noticed any major/lasting differences yet, but I do feel the short term effects of reduced puffiness so I imagine if I do this more regularly it will pay off. It’s also a nice experience/addition to my routine if nothing else.
