Mannose locks in moisture to help encourage a visibly smoother surface. Staple moisturiser
I have always loved LRP effaclar duo but switched to the +M version when it was launched. It is perfect for my oily, acne prone skin. It leaves my skin looking glowy and healthier without looking shiny and always helps to clear and control breakouts. I find the consistency a lot better than the original also, it spreads and absorbs very well, needing less product.

Great for oily skin
I bought it for my belmish-prone teen son, it helped to keep his skin under control. I pinched it to use when my skin acts up too. It's light but also moisturising. Very good product.
