this is great and so far the best product for perimenopausal blemish prone skin I tired. I no longer even bother trying anything else, because this simply works for me. When I remember to use it (as a part of skin cycling routine) it prevents blemishes or keeps them to minimum and makes them disappear quickly. It also managed to remove some old stubborn ones and post spot marks.

When I have a breakout I like to use this at night to try and reduce inflammation and clear any spots. However, I find it a little harsh to use everyday when my skin is clear and tend to use it as and when needed.
