I love the packaging, comes with a little silicone applicator in the box and the feel of the balm is lovely and luxurious, in terms of how well it conditions and repairs the lips I’m not entirely sold but it does feel nice!

I love this product, I wasn’t that fussed about it at first until I used it consistently for a week or so, then I realised that it’s one of the only products that can really heal and hydrate my lips year round. It’s quite thick so doesn’t feel too sticky
