Love the colours but hate the formula

I am huge fan of Laura Mercier Caviar sticks as they last forever on my very oily eye lids! The colour range and quality is amazing that being said I recently bought Caviar Stick in Shade Forbidden Rose. Forbidden Rose is vibrant Shimmering Copper Rose beautiful colour copper red with pink. However on eyes it looks very blah / meh as it doesn't show on skin. You apply another layer and you can barely see it in light. Forbidden Rose Caviar Stick is not long lasting at all, it melts down and just disappears = waste of money !!! This is first time I have got a dud from Laura Mercier as every other Caviar stick I have tried before ( trust me it has been many ) has been fantastic. This is Forbidden Rose Caviar Stick is HUGE NO!
