Bought this on what may be a false promise, can anything cure cellulite? I doubt it! This is definitely a long term use for results type of product so I can’t comment on true results, however in terms of use and technique this is easy and quick to use, efficient when you can’t really be bothered. I used with baby oil from a different brand and it worked well.

Hard to squeeze

Great anti-cellulite suction massage, but is kind of hard to squeeze it, have to use both of my hands.

This is functional in its purpose, but it is hard to use on yourself & hard to get the same suction each time, I’m a bit lost with what to do with it.

Happy with my results

I use this cup each evening for around 15 minutes on my legs and arms in conjuction with the legology oil. I did a 12 week challenge using this plus cutting out sugars and body brushing each morning. I can honestly say there was a decrease in my cellulite.

Don't expect miracles

This product is easy to use and care for. Make sure you use it with an oil and do your research on cupping to see if it's right for you. It gives a gentle massage, but won't eliminate cellulite
