I've got naturally quite frizzy hair and it knots easily. I'd been using Virtue One for all 6 in 1 for a while but decided to give this a try. I won't look back at all. My hair feels amazing with this product. It shines and doesn't tangle and the frizz is less (and that's without using the de-frizz shampoo) ... Living Proof are definitely now one of my go to's ....
