Creamy but will run
At first I thought I had found the most perfect eye liner at last… went on so creamy and I loved it! But after wearing all day I noted that it progressively runs and smears and had to intermittently take tissue to clean under my eyes so did not look like raccoon.

Lord and Berry eyeliner
I don’t normally submit reviews but with this eyeliner, I felt I needed to. This is THE worst eyeliner I have ever used and being 52, I’ve used many! It smudged everywhere and no matter how much I tried to clear up the smudging, it looked awful. Do not waste your money on this.

Awful!!
This is the worst eyeliner I have ever used it smudged everywhere on application after 3 attempts of cleaning up and trying again I gave up. I’ve had a lord and berry eyeliner that I loved before and was expecting that this would be just as good. Just not worth the money at all
