Can’t beat them

I used these little Mac pots for years in the shade “painterly” and then started trying new ones and forgot about these pots. I saw this advertised and thought I’d get one. I now remember why I loved them. Glides on the eye so easily and gives a perfect base for eyeshadow. It also covers up my veins on my eyelids. I have worn this alone on a couple of occasions when I only wanted a 5 min make up. A staple for anyone’s collection.

I absolutely love these paint pots. Used my plus points credits so got a discount and very pleased. These last so long and are so easy to apply. Great base for adding shadow but I often wear alone on days where I don’t have time but want my eyes to look pretty

Easy to use for a pop of colour

I have a couple of paintpots and prefer those with a darker shade. They do seem to dry out when you have had them a while but I appreciate they are easy to use with a fingertip application. One and done!

These eyeshadows are so good, I have two neutral shades. I use them mainly as a primer as they last really well and are easy to apply and blend.

Mixed feelings

I’ve been used Mac paint pots as eye primer for years.  I normal use Soft Ochre but I picked up Bare Study as it had a more neutral tone, what I didn’t realise on purchase is that has mica glitter in the formula.  Every pretty laid on the lid for an easy eye look but not suitable as an eye base.
