- Make sure your face is clean and free of makeup.
- Take a selfie! It’s the best way to keep track of your skin’s progress.
- (optional) Apply a treatment serum or face mask (not included).
- Place the mask over your face, making sure that the frames are securely positioned behind your ears.
- Press the Power button down for 3 seconds to turn the device on.
- The red LED light will automatically activate.
- Press the button again and hold, to activate the blue and yellow LED lights.
- Relax! Just chill and let the LED work its magic. If you want a shorter treatment, set a timer, otherwise that mask will shut off automatically after 15 minutes.
- Once you’ve finished getting Lit, complete your skincare routine with your usual cream or moisturiser.
- Use a dry cloth to clean the mask and safely store away.

Gift for my mom
I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She loves beauty and gadgets so adored this. She feels her skin is glowing already after using it a few times and although you can move around while wearing the mask, she takes the 10/15 mins as an excuse to sit down and chill out. Very happy so far with this.

Good Cheaper Option!
I actually bought this version because I wanted one that I could use whilst pottering around the house! I already owned version that was alot more expensive but you cant really walk around whilst using it! This one has 3 colour options - its very light weight compared to others I own Think its a good option if you want to try this sort of treatment without big price tag! Happy I bought it!

Over a period of three weeks, using the mask 3-4 times a week, I observed a visible improvement in my skin’s texture and tone. Great mask
I love this mask. I use it a few times a week for 15 minutes at a time and I am definitely seeing a improvement in my skin. My only comment is that I saw the exact same product for a fraction of the price in Primark

Not comfy on nose
Really easy to use. Hard to tell if it actually works. But my skin hasn't gotten any worse. Perhaps maybe my forehead lines aren't as noticeable. Do maybe it's down to that?
