Not 100% it works great but I’ve noticed a little change in my redness of my skin. I use this 15 min about 5 times a week. Sometimes I use 30 min and use two different settings.

I wasn't sure if this would be any good because apparently, if a mask doesn't need eye protection, then the light can't be strong enough to make a difference, but so far, I think it is helping my skin. It does look a bit brighter and my breakout has lessened quicker than usual. Time will tell! But for the price, if you spend money on skincare anyway, then this is worth a shot!
