You have to shake and wait for the ink to come out which is about an hour. Is a good liner once this is done but I wasn’t expecting it as I was in a rush!

Highly pigmented and it is ultra black. Glides on easily. It does take some time to dry and their was some transfer, I used a little sheer powder to set it as I have hooded eyes and the top of my lid was getting a lot of transfer. Good price and works better than a lot of more expensive waterproof eyeliners.
